In today's blog I will tell you if you even need a travel credit card and what are the best features to look for in a travel credit card.
The Traveling Professor went a lot of places in 2017 taking 8-15 travelers on his small group tours. We traveled to Iceland three times. We went to Peru and added on a trip to the remote Peruvian destination of Chachapoyas. We traveled to Paris four times. We did two small group tours to Ireland. Italy was another destination with visits to Rome, Florence, and Venice. Croatia was an a great success as we ran our first small group tour there. I always love Copenhagen and Norway which we did with a small group of about 14 travelers. We ended up the year with a fabulous Austrian Christmas Market tour to Vienna, Steyr, Salzburg, Innsbruck and Munich. In this blog post, I will tell you about my favorite hotels, restaurants and experiences of The Traveling Professor's small group tours.
On my tour of Europe last month before we did our small group tour to the Bavarian Christmas Markets, The Traveling Professor did a research trip to prepare for a new small group tour to Spain. Read about our favorite hotels in Spain in this travel blog post.

One of the worst experiences in travel is being on a long haul flight overseas being stuck in economy class in a packed 3 across seating configuration. The seats are small and uncomfortable. I think airlines do this on purpose in order to motivate flyers into buying expensive upgrades. But wait. There is another option to make an overseas flight much, much more comfortable GUARANTEED. Read The Traveling Professor's blog post to find out how.
