As I write this, it is over 90 degrees Farenheit in the Northeast United States.  Boy, do I wish I could go somewhere where it is cool now. I know, I know, Florence is full of art and culture.  Most people go there to see the nude dude, David or the Uffizi Gallery or hang out in one of the great piazzas sipping coffee or eating gelato.  For me, it's all about the pizza.
