According to Hoppa, here are the cheapest and most expensive places to visit.  The Traveling Professor has highlighted some of those destinations that can be found on his small group tours.

  • Most Expensive:  Grand Cayman.  Also in the Top 10 list are Zurich (#3), Reykjavik, Iceland (#5) and London (#8).
