Here is The Traveling Professor's travel product of the month:

If you have ever gone on a Traveling Professor small group tour to Paris, you know we always recommend travelers to be aware of their surroundings and be careful of pickpockets.  Petty crimes like pickpocketing are a bit more common in large cities like Rome, Paris, Madrid and Barcelona, so it is best to be prepared.

On our last small group to Paris, we field tested the 130 Degrees® Anti-Theft Purse.  Linda used the purse for 7 days in the City of Light.  Here are the features she liked:

Stylish:  The purse looks good! It comes in several attractive colors. It has a slim and sleek design that received several positive comments from our fellow travelers.  Even the woman who handled the purse at the security scanner at Charles de Gaulle airport commented on it's nice looks.

Compact:  Linda carries a cell phone, small amount of cash, ID, a credit card, and her bus pass and museum pass around when touring.  These items easily fit into the purse. It was easy to pass the purse through x-ray security machines at various museums and attractions.

Secure:  Success!  No pickpocketing issues in Paris.  We visited a very busy Louvre, the Orsay Museum, Notre Dame and all the other big venues in Paris without a problem at all.

The only issue with the purse is that since it is designed to protect against pickpockets, the traveler needs to familiarize themselves with the hidden zippers and pockets in order to gain quick access to the items stored in the purse.

On top of it all, this quality purse is manufactured in the U.S.A.  The Traveling Professor recommends the 130 Degrees® Anti-Theft Purse and it can be purchased at Amazon.Com:  https://amzn.to/2C6AdiP
