Trattoria Bordino Never mind that this restaurant is the setting from scenes from the book, “The Monster of Florence”, which some say inspired the infamous Hannibal Lecter character from “Silence of the Lambs”. No worries, dining here is like “having an old friend over for dinner”. Skip the “liver and fava beans” and try the savory risotto. “People will say we’re in love” with the grilled salmon and the 12 euro bistecca alla Fiorentina and they’re right, we are. “All good things to those who wait” which of course means, that the desserts are outstanding.
