The Traveling Professor's Top 5 Likes About Copenhagen

It's Really Not That Expensive:  OK, we can't get a meal for under the equivalent of $40 bucks, but when you consider I saved over $600 in airfare to travel here compared to Paris or Italy, we are saving money.

The Sights:  Gardens, churches, The Little Mermaid, our canal-view room, the squares, and the canals in this waterside city are not as famous as those in Italy or Paris, they are surprisingly pleasant.

The People:  Everyone seems to speak 2, 3, 4 and even 5 languages.  They speak English better than we do.   It's easy to communicate with the friendly locals.

Breakfast:  We've made breakfast our main meal of the day and boy, we are liking it.  Eggs, fruits, veggies, meats, coffees.  It helps us to save on our lunch bill.

Incredibly Beautiful Walking City:  The weather has been nothing short of glorious.  The absence of graffiti is a pleasure, everything is so clean, we feel safe and secure.  No wonder the Danes are the happiest people on earth.  Everyone seems so pleasant and kind.

There is so much more to Copenhagen that our travelers are enjoying.   Rave reviews about Tivoli Gardens, the various free walking tours, and just the pleasant atmosphere here.

We are in the middle of our small group tour to Copenhagen, Norway and Iceland.   Please check The Traveling Professor's Facebook page.  I have been trying to post 1-3 times daily photos and commentary on our trip.
