I depart JFK in New York at 9 pm on Sunday night, arriving in London at 9 am on Monday. After checking into the King's Cross Tunes hotel on Monday, I'll probably take the "Hop-On Hop-Off" (HOHO) bus for a tour around London. I always love Westminster Abbey and the Tower of London. If time permits, we'll take in a show and maybe get some sleep!
Then on Wednesday morning, it is off to Paris. I'll be staying at my favorite 2-star hotel, The Hotel Chopin. I've been to Paris probably well over 50 times and I am still excited to go. Of course I will take in the Louvre, Orsay, Notre Dame, Orangerie and some of my little-known faves like Arts & Metiers and Marmottan. I will be traveling with some first-timers and of course we'll cruise down the Seine and yep, climb the Eiffel Tower. On Monday night I will meet up with a small group tour of ladies only for a Champagne welcome.
