It was a tiring but wonderful day in Rome.  The weather is terrific and the crowds are on the light side.   We started off with a walk to Campo di Fiori and of course pizza from the famous Il Forno bakery.  It hit the spot.  After that we just relaxed with a soft drink (OK, it was a beer).

We walked over Piazza Navona which was quite lively with vendors and street performers.  Perhaps it was a bit too touristy for me, but Rome still does retain it's old world charm.   We then did the standard by going over to the Pantheon where we enjoyed some gelato, then to the Trevi Fountain, then relaxed on the Spanish Steps before calling it quits.

Sorry for the short report, but I need to hit the sack!
